What data we process and why

Through the contact form we collect the data you provide: company, name, email, phone, country, type of industry, line of interest and the content of your message. We use them solely to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to prepare a commercial offer.

We do not use your data to send you advertising without your consent, nor do we pass it on to third parties for their own purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in responding to the enquiries we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as the business relationship lasts or, if it does not begin, for a maximum of 2 years from your last contact. After that, it is deleted or blocked for the legal limitation periods.

Who else has access to the data

We use providers that process data on our behalf with GDPR safeguards: web hosting (Vercel Inc.) and email (Google Ireland Ltd., Google Workspace). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to the email address above. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
